Returns

DMC RETURN POLICY

Items purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. All items marked final sale cannot be returned. Please note that if the product is returned damaged or out of its original packaging, your return will not be accepted. All open stock DMC thread skeins are final sale.

In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization number. Please email our Customer Care Team or call us at (800) 275-4117 to obtain an RA number. The Return Form that accompanied the shipment must be completed and placed inside of the box. Write the RA number on the outside of the box and on the Return Form. All returns must be in good condition, in the original carton, and accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip. Note that we are unable to accept returns that are not in their original packaging.

RETURN PROCESSING

Refunds will be processed after the return has been received and examined by our warehouse quality control department. Credit for the merchandise will be issued to the original credit card. We will not issue a credit for freight charges. We aim to process all returns within ten (10) business days. KITS

Many of our kits are custom made and uniquely packaged, they may be returned.  DMC will only accept returns in the original packaging with all the original contents, under our normal terms outlined above.  Any kits returned with missing components will not be refunded. 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care and we will replace it for you free of charge.  DMC will issue a call tag for your return.
